Two weeks ago, I sat with Tracy Clark-Flory on a bench in the insanely busy San Francisco Ferry Building and talked about relationships. The number one piece of advice she’d give her younger self? “Don’t fake orgasms.” Clark-Flory explained that the major thing she learned from her early twenties was “the peril of prizing my partner’s pleasure over my own. It’s so unfulfilling and such a charade. What a waste of time! There was a lot of faking it, not just sexually but, like, trying to be the person that I thought they would like.”

I thought it was advice worthy of an inspiration poster, so I created a design and silkscreened 40 of them with my talented friend Carson Smith.
